I am sixty years old and a self employed tradesman. I have nothing to
do with horse racing or tipsters, apart from being a punter. No inside
information or anything like that. I don't ride a horse, I prefer my
Harley Davidson (Sportster 883cc). I have only been
betting on racing for about five years, so I started late in life. As you can imagine,
with this short experience, I know very little about horses, form,
racecourses, etc. That is why, like thousands of other punters, I
decided to subscribe to one or two tipsters.
At first I thought that all you had to do was pay your subscription, place
your bets on the tips and collect your winnings from the bookies. Wrong!
I soon realised that I had stepped into a (financial) minefield as
one tipster after another ensured that my betting bank got less and the
bookies got richer! I couldn't believe it after all the promises they
had made! I studied staking plans and used the ones that
seemed best but it took some time for me to learn that a staking plan
cannot make a profit from tips that don't already make a level stake profit, at
least not for long.
After many losses and disappointments I have now found ways of using
a tipster to make a reasonable profit, using the methods described on
this site. I don't make a lot of money because I don't want to risk a
lot on high stakes, but I can make a good second income from it which I
am happy with.
I set up this site to try and warn other inexperienced punters about
the scams, lies and dishonesty which are unfortunately all too common in
this business and I hope it helps those who see it to avoid the cheats
and scam artists.
If you have any information about scams, etc, please send me an Email
and I will add it to the site if possible.
Good luck with your betting, and don't believe a word those tipsters
tell you without proof!
